A Skilled Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center

Elmwood Nursing and Rehab is a privately-owned, comprehensive skilled nursing community offering a full spectrum of care including rehabilitation, short-term skilled care and long-term care. We provide 24-hour medical care and supportive services to our Residents.

Through community resource collaboration and support to our families, we ensure our Residents achieve their highest level of independence. Here at Elmwood Nursing and Rehab, you will find all the comforts of home.  We encourage Residents to decorate their room any way they see fit. Our environment is clean, caring and friendly and we welcome family, friends, and pets to visit anytime.

I’ve been at Elmwood for a while now and really like it! My favorite thing about Elmwood is the people! Everyone is friendly. I enjoy the food! We had biscuits and gravy this morning, that was good! My favorite CNA is Curt, I really like him. Angela is good too!
